About Project

The Construction of New Hypermarket is a large-scale retail development located in a strategic commercial zone. This project represents a modern consumer hub designed to handle high foot traffic and complex logistical requirements. Vanguard Vantage is responsible for the complete lifecycle of the build, from the heavy-duty foundational substructure to the expansive architectural superstructure and integrated MEP systems.

The project is commissioned by Mohamed Saeed Mubarak Al-Mehairbi, a client focused on delivering high-value commercial infrastructure to the community. Working in close collaboration with GRAFFITI Engineering Consultant, Vanguard Vantage ensures that every technical specification and architectural detail aligns with the highest standards of safety, aesthetics, and functional retail design.

Our Approach And Solution

Vanguard Vantage applied a synchronized engineering strategy to meet the unique demands of a high-occupancy retail environment

Structural Versatility: We implemented wide-span steel and concrete solutions to create an open-plan shopping floor, allowing for maximum flexibility in retail layout and shelving.

High-Traffic Infrastructure: The solution included professional-grade masonry, heavy-duty flooring, and external site works—such as interlock and kerb stone setting—to manage heavy vehicle loading and pedestrian flow.

Integrated MEP & Safety: We installed high-capacity HVAC systems for climate control and sophisticated fire-fighting and building automation systems (BMS) to ensure a safe, energy-efficient shopping experience.
