Developed in partnership with lead consultants Hans Knutzen Associates, the project encompasses the construction of a multi-unit business center characterized by its sleek, modernist facade and expansive glass curtain walls. The architectural design utilizes a sophisticated interplay of geometric volumes and durable composite materials, ensuring the structure remains both visually striking and resilient against the local climate. Spanning across a double-plot site, the facility is engineered to accommodate diverse commercial tenants, featuring high-ceiling retail outlets on the ground level and flexible office configurations above.

The technical scope of the project emphasizes a “smart building” approach, integrating efficient MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems and streamlined logistics access for tenants and visitors alike. Strategically positioned in the MW5 zone, the center is optimized for high visibility and accessibility, serving as a key landmark in the area’s ongoing commercial expansion. From the meticulously planned parking infrastructure to the refined exterior finishes, every aspect of the construction is geared toward providing a premium, professional environment that meets the rigorous standards of the Abu Dhabi municipal authorities.
